I designed this bungalow to have a mission style entry door to match the interior furniture grade trim. I designed it for ventilation without having to open up the door or rely on a screen door. I used a traditional manual door bell with matching hinges and mortise latch. My design incorporated the antique iron work from an old window for the shape of the inset “window”, which I had powder painted to match other hardware. Note the Stickley style valence for the window shades, and reproduction period light switches.
